TERMS OF SERVICE

- I have the right to decline any commission request
- Must include details and references in commission form for an easier transaction
- Please state clearly what the commission is for e.g. personal, branding, merch etc.
- Commissions are not for redistribution purposes unless commercial fees are discussed and paid for
- Payment must be made upfront after the sketch phase through my Kofi Commissions Page
- I have the rights to post your commissioned piece on my art accounts unless requested to be kept private
- You are NOT allowed to turn the commissioned art into Non-Fungible Tokens aka NFTs or any form in related to crypto currency e.g. advertisement
- Completion of commission ETA will be 1 week to 1 month
- Updates will be given after each phase in the commission progress and you will be updated when I need a longer time to complete the commission
- Please fill in the form at the end of the page and send it to me via Twitter DMs or my email ([email protected])
- By commissioning me, you are agreeing to my terms of service and if any of these terms are broken. It will result in a warning and refusing to follow will result in a blacklist

[REFUND POLICY]
If payment has been made but...
- I have not started after the sketch phase, 50% of the commission price will be refunded
- I have completed lineart and base, 30% of commission price will be refunded- NO REFUNDS are allowed during and after the rendering phase

[REVISION POLICY]
- During sketch phase, changes can be made up to 5 times only
- Only 3 minimal revisions are allowed from lineart and base colour phase to completion
- No revisions are allowed once commission is completed

[COMMISSIONS PROCESS]
discussion phase → sketch phase → full payment upfront → lineart and base colour phase → render phase → completed work!

Commercial Purpose: e.g. state if it will be used on a platform that earn revenue from, please also state the purpose of the art if it is not for personal use
References: e.g. pictures preferred but written description OK
Deadline: e.g. 26 April 2023 or give an estimate even if its not applicable!
